Signing and funding
Once you accept, you sign at escrow and the loan funds, in as little as 7 business days for many loans.
Do I need to come to the office?
No. Most loans are handled by phone and email, and you sign at escrow. You're welcome to visit our Westwood office any day, 9am to 7pm.
What should I have ready?
